These Terms of Service apply to your use of `covapets.com` and purchases from Cova. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the site.

Store information

Cova operates this online store using services provided by Shopify. Questions about products, orders, or these Terms may be sent to covapetstore@gmail.com. Customer support normally responds within 1–2 business days.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape or copy protected content unlawfully, or use the services to violate another person's rights.

Product information

Cova aims to describe products, colors, dimensions, materials, availability, and included items accurately. Displays and photographs may vary by device, and minor differences may occur. Product information may be corrected when an error is identified.

Pet products must be used according to the product description and with appropriate supervision. Inspect pet products regularly and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or unsafe. Product information does not replace veterinary advice.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout. Cova may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Cova may decline or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, an incorrect price or description, an unsupported shipping address, or another operational reason. If payment was collected for an order that is canceled, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by Cova's Shipping Policy. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by Cova's Returns and Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Cova name, site content, product copy, graphics, branding, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and social platforms. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Cova is not responsible for an unrelated third-party site's content or operation.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Cova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such limitations are permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims or losses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Changes and severability

Cova may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
